THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Product Manager with a bias for action and a passion for solving complex problems. Someone who can establish a shared plan by building stakeholder consensus on priorities leading to product execution, and autonomously driving multiple initiatives in parallel. Someone who has an innate ability to understand complex and technical concepts, and to plan, prioritize and seamlessly integrate all moving parts in order to release high quality products.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Gather input from users, business partners, providers and other internal shareholders to identify product gaps and opportunities 
  • Create appropriate product artifacts such as journey maps, user personas, empathy maps, storyboards, stakeholder maps, and relevant assessment deliverables 
  • Lead ideation, definition, prototyping and testing of new concepts and features 
  • Define product features that support the product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities and articulate this direction to Agile teams and stakeholders 
  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development and product launch. 
  • Provide iteration planning and elaboration of user stories, ensuring that they deliver quality solutions across all integrated products 
  • Keep internal documentation updated to reflect the most current functionality and support documentation for internal stakeholders 
  • Use Agile/Scrum frameworks and methodologies to ensure business vision is being accurately implemented, meeting market and stakeholder expectations 
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to continually improve our product in ways that matter most to our users and have the biggest impact on our KPIs 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 3-5 years of proven product management experience, in a role responsible for defining and shipping actual products 
  • Passionate about building an innovative new approach to help more people with mental health conditions 
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle 
  • Experience in Agile development methodology 
  • Experience defining and using analytics/metrics/KPIs 
  • Ability to hold your own in usability and user experience discussions with the Design team and technical discussions with Engineering 
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, translate to user and customer implications, manage trade-offs, and facilitate decision-making 
  • A structured thinker and great problem solver, with detail oriented and meticulous execution 
  • A driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence when dealing with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Data-driven mindset, but also know when to trust your instinct 
  • Experience with EHR 
  • Experience with HIPAA and other health industry components such as payor requirements and revenue cycle management

$90,000 - $100,000 (salary commensurate with experience)
