Position: Product Manager (BI)

Location of the role: Germany/Spain (Remote)

As a Product Manager (BI) at TrustYou, you’ll be at the forefront of building and maintaining impactful dashboards within our embedded BI solutions. You will lead the strategic vision for our BI products, working cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that fuel business growth. By driving product development from ideation through launch, you will ensure that our data-driven solutions empower teams to make informed decisions.

In your role, you will make an impact by…..

Defining product vision and strategy for our BI and embedded analytics solutions, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Owning the product roadmap, prioritizing features, integrations, and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends in alignment with the rest of the Product Management team

Leading your product development team made of data analysts, designers and data engineers with a product vision, priorities and concepts to achieve product success

Finding AI fit wherever a feature can be improved or additional product revenue can be generated

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.

Managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and smooth implementation of BI products.

Conducting data analysis and performance tracking to identify key trends and opportunities for improving the product.

Presenting product updates and data insights to executives and key stakeholders, tailoring communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Monitoring and evaluating product performance post-launch, collecting feedback for continuous improvement and feature development.

You are a perfect fit, if you have…

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, ideally within BI, data analytics, or SaaS environments.

Hands-on experience on building dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

Experience with data modeling and translating business requirements into actionable dashboards.

An AI approach to problem resolution, with experience using GPT (Generative Pre-Trained Transformers) to enhance product features

Natural capacity at dealing with ambiguity and wearing many hats at one time

A pragmatic and open-minded approach

Great delivery skills, with a team player mindset and a focus on getting things done

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal; other languages are a plus), with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience in SQL and querying databases for data analysis.

You are ideally someone who….

Has a background in building analytics products or working on customer-facing embedded analytics.

Has experience using chatGPT and understands the models behind

Has experience in Agile methodologies, working with JIRA or similar tools.

Has familiarity with programming languages like Python for advanced data analysis.
