The Product Manager will drive the company's growing partnership portfolio and build a platform to integrate, operationalize, and drive more patient value from Quantum's partnership-based products. This role will assess the market to note current health trends, evaluate digital health partners, and negotiate, contract & launch partnerships with selected partners, keeping an eye on KPI targets (i.e., member experience, healthcare value, and financial results) across the partner portfolio. They will also develop & prioritize a roadmap of platform capabilities to enhance the ability to deliver on KPIs over time.

What you'll do

  • Evaluate & monitor market trends and developments.
  • Conduct and leverage market trend analysis to set clinical strategy for partnership portfolio.
  • Prioritize market opportunities for partnership consideration (e.g., disease states, benefit types).
  • Evaluate & select partners for inclusion in the portfolio.
  • Vetting of vendors across operational, clinical & ROI / financial performance.
  • Map out proposed operational model & member experience.
  • Define value proposition and project revenue & financial results.
  • Solicit ELT feedback & alignment on partner selection and overall strategic fit.
  • Contract and operationalize partners.
  • Initiate and manage partner contracting.
  • Define workflows across key areas of partnership collaboration (e.g., ops, IT).
  • Facilitate collaboration across key partnership areas (i.e., marketing, implementation, ops).
  • Develop & maintain partnership product roadmap.
  • Define capabilities & features to enhance partnership value over time.
  • Develop roadmap to build partnership product enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on product design, prioritization & requirements.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in healthcare, product management
  • Of which, 2-3 years working in or adjacent to partnerships, business development, or other client/partner- facing roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data, conducting market research
  • Experience working with contracts
  • Understanding of P&L, proformas, pricing strategies
  • Business case experience
  • Detail oriented with an ownership mindset
  • Has knowledge of product design principles
  • Has knowledge of / experience working with digital health vendors
  • Experienced working closely with product owners, marketing, sales, account management and working in an agile work environment
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and program management skills
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task
  • Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently
  • Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily
