Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager on our Membership Team to support the WW Member throughout their journey by creating and executing on roadmaps to enable: better eating, strengthened motivation, and deeper human connections. As you partner across the organization, you will leverage the latest science and technology to build impactful products that change lives.

You will drive member success by helping us reshape and rethink how we can help our members build healthy habits through our scientifically proven program. You will be working on the problems that impact the majority of our members and influence their day to day experiences with our app. Examples of these experiences are: finding and tracking food, celebrating their progress, checking in with a coach and knowing what to do each day to be successful.

In this role you will:

• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver high impact features

• Bring your Product Sense - Bring a strong POV on what makes a good or bad UX; Solve user problems in a way that is simple and intuitive.

• Define a 3-6 months roadmap and longer term product strategy for your area.

• Work informed by data - Formulate success criteria and measure the impact of your product roadmap. 

• Communicate - proactively communicate and align stakeholders and collaborators.

• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering measurable results

• Show self Awareness - Have a good sense of your strengths and weaknesses.

• Test and learn mentality and can formulate a hypothesis and AB test scenario easily.

• Passionate for our Mission - Member, Health, or Food is something you care about; You’re excited about the work and empathize with the member.

• You have no problem defining an MVP

• Drive a decision in a group of stakeholders by clearly defining objective criteria and managing the conversation

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. 

Base Salary: $110,000/yr to $215,000/yr
