PokerStars operates in regulated markets and over the years, regulatory controls, and the importance of having a safe and compliant environment in an ever-growing business segment has evolved dramatically. The Product Compliance and Safer Gambling (PC&SG) tribe exists to make sure that regulatory requirements and technical integrations across all our licensed jurisdictions are up to standards.

We look after a vast array of products and user flows that support the continued growth of our regulated business through multiple brands, multiple languages, and multiple game vertical integrations. PC&SG plays a critical role in the performance of the PokerStars business, and Flutter International more broadly.

As a Product Manager you will drive the roadmap vision linked to delivering specific business outcomes for several of our products. You will work closely & collaboratively with our Squads, developers, architects, Compliance & Product function including Product Owners, Designers, Compliance Analysts and Data Analysts, as well as other Tribes. 

What you’ll do:

• Lead on PC&SG product initiatives internally based on regulations and on behalf of our key stakeholders.
• Manage the roadmap & initiatives related to assigned business outcomes.
• Contribute with strategic and commercial insights, and in evaluating product opportunities & initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to ensure needs are met, protected, and issues resolved efficiently.
• Align with the wider product team on any plans, initiatives, insights and changes across the division and group.
• Research and analyse data to identify and validate opportunities & business requirements.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, managing multi-channel digital environments (desktop / mobile / tablet).
• Demonstrative ability to draft great and effective User Experiences and Customer Journeys.
• Understanding of the needs of our business stakeholders and proven in establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
• Proven organisational, time management and communication skills.
• Influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate well and develop strong relationships across the group to influence outcomes.
• Resilience and maintaining focus to drive throughout complex challenging projects.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new scenarios and navigate fluidly developing situations with ease.
• Track record of success in delivering against a product roadmap or programme.
• Solid understanding of key business drivers, with a data driven mindset.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Knowledge of the iGaming industry and/or Compliance.
• Experience with Player Account Management (PAM).
• Experience with Secure Customer Journeys and/or Operational Tools (back-office tools, dashboards, etc.)
• Experience in integrations of 3rd party services and software.
• Sound understanding of working with some popular technologies, APIs, GraphQL, React, etc.
• Experience with Wireframing and in conducting User Testing.
• A passion for problem solving in life. Maybe you play games of strategy, RPG or FPS, do or even coach sports, compose music, cook, get into adventurous travelling, code, bake, etc.
