Role Summary

eClerx is rapidly expanding its product offerings to the banking and asset management community. This role is specifically focused on our Know Your Client AML compliance and digital onboarding platform.

eClerx needs product managers to build, enhance and deliver these products to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how to manage the health and growth of a software product in the financial services space. The role includes the duties of a business analyst, working with clients and other subject matter experts to document the functionality of the product. The ability to describe the product goals in a way that technology can understand and implement is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a product and expand its functionality
• Meet with clients and internal groups to document new functionality
• Explain complex business processes in a manner that facilitates technology implementation
• Research, troubleshoot and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems
• Prepare and communicate through effective presentations and written communications
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation for technology solutions in order to support downstream uses

Eligibility Requirements

• 6+ years of business analysis for a software product
• 5+ years of product management, owning and enhancing a product
• 3+ years in client lifecycle compliance (KYC, AML, KYB)
• Business analysis skills, working on specification writing and critical thinking
• Experience in a client data-related, technology position at a financial institution or a Regtech company
• Experience working with diverse teams and competing interests for requirements gathering and analyzing technical trade-offs
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels within technical and business organizations
• Innovation minded, highly capable of thinking systematically, capable of redefining the solutions to overcome the competitors and solve problems
• Curious and willing to challenge existing solutions with innovative technology concepts

Salary Range: $130,000-$175,000
