Responsibilities
What you'll be able to do:
Align foundational product strategy with experiential products and business goals to create product roadmap. Serve as voice-of-the-customer with the development teams, and breakdown and plan product functional components and coordinate across cross-functional teams (both business and delivery teams) laying out delivery timelines. Develop and author product-specific requirements and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned product and experiences as well as create and review Design Verification Plan(s) to validate assigned engineering products and experiences. Evaluate potential design options to make appropriate proposals considering customer requirements, available technology, efficiency, and platform capabilities and participate in cross-functional discussions to gather business requirements and technical expertise and translate them into tangible requirements and product implementation plans to drive Platform Capability Development. Drive change requirements for product and experience enhancements and quality improvements and support the development of quality deliverables. Collaborate with software development teams during development to clarify product objectives, address questions and gaps, and manage the user acceptance testing process for new platform products and experiences, and map business processes (App, Web and Vehicle). Provide product support, evaluating quality and aiding to triage issues to determine root cause, and manage Key Performance Indicator dashboards, tracking metrics and providing critical feedback around customer experience. Work closely with stakeholders to plan, launch and implement deliverables on time and in accordance with specifications and requirements, and consume customer, team and client feedback and align to business needs -- then translating these items into new products that align with the overall product vision and strategy.

Qualifications
You'll have
- Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in the position offered or 2 years of experience performing systems analysis and designing systems, subsystems, or components and defining requirements; performing vehicle product or feature development; or delivering complex technical products.
- 2 years of experience building product roadmaps; or writing business test cases and managing user acceptance testing.
- 2 years of experience developing software in an Agile development environment; or converting product requirements with Agile methodologies.
- 2 years of experience: conducting root cause analysis to support triage and provide issue resolution; conducting product or feature level testing in connected vehicles; and developing and documenting connected product or feature specifications
- Employee reports to office in Dearborn, MI. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
- Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
We are offering a salary of $86,137 to $166,018 per year.
