Product Manager

The Position 

CallRail is in search of a Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our AI for MarTech product initiatives. Reporting directly to the Lead Product Manager for MartTech AI, this position is perfect for a self-motivated and hands-on product manager who excels in a dynamic and innovative environment.

 What You'll Do 

• Product Development: Take ownership of the end-to-end product development process for initiatives within your domain, from ideation to delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into tangible, market-leading products.
• Execution Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional execution skills by independently managing the entire product lifecycle. Drive the delivery of high-quality, impactful products that meet or exceed business goals and delight customers. 
• Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. Leverage this knowledge to inform product strategy, identify opportunities, and address market needs.
• Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a focused and achievable product roadmap. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business requirements, and market dynamics.
• Customer Collaboration: Collaborate closely with customer experience and sales teams to gather customer insights as well as engage in regular direct customer interviews. Use this feedback to make informed decisions that enhance the user experience and drive product success.

 What You’ll Need

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in product management, with a focus on B2B technologies. Proven track record of successfully delivering and iterating on SaaS products.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of modern software methodologies and data analysis. Ability to contribute meaningfully to technical discussions. 
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align product initiatives with overarching business objectives. Develop and execute product plans that contribute to the company's success and solve customer problems. 
• Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written. Articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Independence: Thrive in an individual contributor role with a high level of autonomy. Comfortable making decisions independently and taking ownership of product initiatives.
• Results-Driven: Goal-oriented with a history of achieving measurable results. Excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Collaborative Mindset: While an individual contributor, maintain a collaborative approach by building strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Work effectively with peers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, product management, or related disciplines are a plus.
