As an Agile Coach at Cognizant you will be responsible for leading teams of developers, implementing and improving the methodology, meaning that in addition to coaching they are driving organizational change. The goal of an Agile Coach is to improve teams of developers and overall project management by increasing collaboration, innovation, and introducing techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances.
Job Title: Product Portfolio Strategy Manager
Role: Individual Contributor Internal Facing Role
Essential Functions:
- Leads the management of the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for portfolio solutions
- Creating business cases and financial models to support the development of portfolio solutions or services.
- Identifying market requirements and strategies for current and future products or services
- Lead development of future looking, portfolio level standards and ensuring consistency between products and client messaging
- Providing strategic support to other internal initiatives such as marketing and collateral development.
- Leads team contributions to and provides guidance on portfolio roadmaps to be followed by portfolio development teams
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of five years' product management experience with knowledge of the health care marketplace or related experience.
- Experience with business-to-customer (B2C) consumer-facing web-based products or portals and/or experience with health plan member/customer service operational management.
- Experience with health insurance product supply-chain automation (e.g., sales force automation, enrollment, and/or employer and broker-facing web-based products, or portals) and/or experience with broker relations/sales channel operational management.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in developing and socializing technical standards across multiple technologies, based on industry trends and best practices, is preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate to successful outcomes across the portfolio and with security, sales, and other stakeholders as required.
- Strong collaboration, presentation, and leadership skills.
Technical Competencies:
- Experience in healthcare domain and non-health care technology business models.
- Ability to distill complex information into concise messaging and presentation.
- Exposure to packaging, monetization and marketing approaches.
