Duties: Contribute to the overall vision and strategy for the product, and delivery of the agreed upon roadmap. Define the roadmap for new product offerings and enhancements to existing offerings, prioritize bugs, enhancements, and new features in the backlog based on business and product strategies, and refine roadmap over multiple iterations incorporating different stakeholder asks and user feedback. Scan the internal and external landscape for new and emerging trends, technologies, competition, and growth opportunities. Validate problem statements and opportunity areas through market and user research, using data to inform product development, as well as within products, to offer a richer and more personalized client experience. Partner with business development, designers, engineers, and other business stakeholders to shape and refine requirements, understand tradeoffs, develop product concepts and wireframes, define acceptance criteria, and deliver product features. Write- up user stories and acceptance criteria, and conduct testing and sign-offs of completed feature builds. Roll out product to users and drive adoption of final product, including defining and measuring against key product adoption and success metrics. Motivate, influence, and empower a cross-functional team of designers, engineers to work towards a common product vision, including ensuring strong collaboration and open channels of communication, and identifying and addressing dependencies and executional blockers that might affect deliverables during product development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field of study plus 2 (two) years of experience in the job offered or as Global Corporate Banking Associate, Digital Innovation Strategist, Sales Analyst, Product Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Wholesale banking products such as debt and equity capital market issuances, and loan syndications; Building software products from conception to launch; All stages of a product lifecycle, from gathering feedback and shaping requirements in collaboration with designers and engineers and concepting solutions, to defining acceptance criteria, testing, and driving adoption; Market analysis, including identifying industry trends and strategic opportunities; Running research studies to test hypotheses, including quantitative user research studies (statistical analysis) and qualitative user research studies (usability testing, interviews); Design thinking; Agile methodologies including Scrum; Data and financial analysis, statistical and financial modeling; Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Confluence; JIRA; Figma.

Full-Time. Salary: $170,000.00-$170,000.00 per year.
