Product Manager

Base Salary: $136,300.00  to $177,300.00

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NY - based position. 

The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for owning and delivering the roadmap for Peloton’s Crescendo Music Platform products. You will be customer and product centric - working with the business to align roadmaps and deliver best in class solutions. 

Music is an integral part of Peloton’s content with our platform that leverages innovative solutions to ensure our members get a truly unique experience. This really is an exciting role that can really help shape the direction of a key product suite used by Peloton’s Instructors and Studios 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• To own the Crescendo Music Platform product suite; to be the in-house expert for the products and continually advocate the benefit of these systems
• Own the product strategy and roadmap. Ensure the roadmap is aligned with the needs of the business and ensuring these are delivered to the need
• Define in detail new key features, specifications and requirements for the product based on business need using a range of techniques including writing user stories
• Work with internal project teams to build delivery plans for new features and upgrades. Oversee the implementation of these delivery plans 
• Build strong and trusting relationships across Peloton with stakeholders developing a reputation for expertise
• Regular communicate to the business about upcoming product improvements, upgrades and progress of outstanding issues
• Partner with the CBS support team who provide support for Crescendo products ensuring they are fully trained to resolve relevant tickets and their scope is fully understood
• Partner with relevant departments across Peloton ensuring alignment of delivery plans and joint resolution of issues

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 3+ years proven experience in product management or related role
• Experience with Apple Native applications 
• Ability to create and own product roadmaps
• In-depth knowledge of every aspect of the product development life cycle
• Passionate about driving large cross-team projects
• Excellent collaboration skills with a broad range of partners and stakeholders at varied levels 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to oversee and build relationships with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams 
• Working knowledge of Confluence and the project workflow in Jira
