Product Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, maintain, and recommend competitive product and service offerings.
• Work with vendors to negotiate cost and select providers.
• Develop proactive forward-looking strategies and visions for company growth with a focus on long term profits.
• Develop and evaluate additional business plans and models with the goal to improve the company's financial position.
• Develop, monitor and/or implement processes to ensure seamless customer turn up and great customer satisfaction.
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Work with marketing to promote products and services and enhanced customer experience.
• Responsible for the development, implementation, and analysis of competitive strategies, including financial.
• Support sales and work directly with Clients on complex product configurations.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

Required

• Bachelor's Degree business or technical discipline
• Fundamental knowledge of technology solutions, emerging technology, wireless/iot/fixed wireless
• Knowledge of business grade marketplace customers and the solutions served by key emerging technologies
• Minimum five years of Managed Services and/or Telecommunications experience

• Knowledgeable of a wide variety of network, and data communication tools, control processes, performance metrics necessary for accomplishing the work.

TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:

• Demonstrated knowledge of computer applications and work collaboration tools including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft D365, WebEx, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of a computer screen
• Some travel possible by vehicle with occasional overnights
