About the position

As our very first Product Manager at aura, you'll be building the perfect journey for our customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be obsessed with our customers’ experience, ensuring the development of our app / platform and of the AI for high-performing operations (medical decision support model, LLM assistants for health managers, predictive modeling).

What you'll do

• Obsess on customer experience
• Build and lead an elite technical team
• Manage all steps of the development of customer and internal applications / platforms (customer insight, build or buy, prototyping, MVP, agile optimization)
• Coordinate the technical and medical teams to develop AI for high performing operations
• Medical Decision Support Model for physicians, to increase efficiency and consistency
• LLM assistants for health managers, to help enrich and personalize customer interactions
• Preventive Predictive Modeling leveraging our data, to foresee health risks & prevention needs
• Define the corresponding short and long-term roadmaps
• Work closely with all the teams to support a fast paced growth and expansion

Who you are

• Passion for preventive health & wellness
• Strong academic background
• At least 6 years of CX product management experience preferably in a startup environment
• Obsessed with the customer’s experience, UX/UI instincts and taste
• Result-oriented mindset with superior problem solving skills through data analysis
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced and changing environment
