What we’re hiring for:  

We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Product Manager for our Technology Team based out of our Austin, Texas headquarters or Remotely in the United States.  

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:  

• Act as a subject matter expert for financial products including deposits, credit, and savings 

• Act as a subject matter expert for card issuer processing 

• Perform research on industries, markets, segments, and competitors 

• Gather and analyze customer needs, pain points, and goals 

• Develop and evolve product strategies using quantitative and qualitative analysis 

• Establish and track product metrics, outcomes, and roadmaps 

• Take products and features through ideation, concept testing, design, development, and launch  

• Decompose business and regulatory requirements to drive design and development 

• Work with marketing, sales, architecture, engineering, and other stakeholders to drive delivery 

What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:  

• Have 3+ years of experience working as a product manager 

• Have 1+ years of experience in financial products including deposits, credit, and savings 

• Have 1+ years of experience in card issuer processing 

• Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport both internally and externally 

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fluid and fast-paced business environment 

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within and across teams 

• Ability to identify areas for improvement and raise with solutions in mind to ensure the team is consistently improving 

• Ability to grow into leadership positions
