The Enterprise Platforms Loyalty and Benefits organization is looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to be a part of data strategy (data publishing and management) for entire loyalty organization which includes both modern platform (R42) and existing platforms (STAR, USMR etc). Along with that this person will lead the transformation activities and build capabilities which are reusable across the data domain.

As the Product Manager, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders & business partners to define the business needs, frame strategy, create and own the roadmap, execute and deliver on priorities and effectively communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • This role requires a candidate with strong data management background who understands data, how to ingest data, proper use/consumption, data quality, and stewardship
  • Deep engagement and consultation with various business teams to understand current and future data needs.
  • Work collaboratively across various stakeholder groups, including loyalty, Marketing, MR COE, Analytics, channel partners, technologies and compliance, to envision and deliver Data needs
  • Lead the envisioning for Data capabilities & solutions partnering with business and technical architects, subject matter expert and product owners to create capabilities and features
  • Build and actively manage a product backlog of features and capabilities that are refined and prioritized in close collaboration with the business teams.
  • Manage work allocation of scrum teams by translating features into prioritized user stories and also by tight coordination with other Product Owners
  • Full participation in and support of agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce the agile transformation of the delivery team
  • Build robust understanding of loyalty and benefit domain as well as competitive landscape.
  • Communicate and build consensus across multiple teams in creating solutions to business needs.

  • 3+ years' experience as product owner/manager with data management, data governance and/or related domain
  • Experience working in building large-scale, high-performance data solutions preferred
  • Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
  • Proficient knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies and IT project management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to consult with various stakeholders and drive to optimal requirements
  • Strong problem structuring and solving skills, reasoning, and implications development, combined with strong business acumen
  • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and complete tasks
  • Knowledge of Change Management practices is desirable
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's (or comparable experience) in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline required. Master's degree preferred.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
