Product Manager
Job Description
Blue Yonder is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, experience in product management, project management, and excellent leadership and communication skills. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading enablement program efforts for supply chain software products, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative and market-leading solutions to our customers.
Scope
- Lead enablement activities for existing and New Product Introductions to the marketplace
- Lead the development and launch of new products, including defining product requirements, creating product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute on the vision
- Collaborate across all departments within Blue Yonder as well as our partners to ensure the success of our products in the marketplace

- Own and manage SaaS native, microservice based products
What you'll do
- Acts as subject matter expert in Warehouse Management and supply chain concepts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning for new products
- Identify, develop, and maintain qualification tools, and enablement materials
- Manage training programs for internal associates, Partners, and Customers virtually and onsite
- Create and train on customer-facing demonstrations for Customers, Partners, and internal use
- Assess product enablement needs and manage feedback loop across many teams (ex. marketing, customer success, implementation, sales, etc.)
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, including driving product launches, measuring product performance, and making data-driven decisions on product enhancements and retirements
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product development decisions
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy to cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
- Develops and implements new product roadmap supported through voice of customer and market research
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals
- Communicates/clarifies roadmap use cases and requirements to product owners and product development
- Conducts requirements analysis and coordinates with other product management team members to ensure cohesive portfolio design
- Work with design and engineering teams to create product prototypes and user experiences that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Provides support to Support Services and Implementation Services on complex customer issues
- Lead and mentor product owners and contribute to building a strong product management culture across the organization
- Encourages internal development of associates
- Participates in Support Services initiated issue resolution
- Partners with the SIG Chair to manage the activities of the group
- Develops and executes pricing strategy
- Represent the company and products at industry events and trade shows
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in field working with Store Operations, Warehouse Operations or experience as a Product or Project Manager in a software company focused on Warehouse Management, Store Management, or ecommerce with 1 to 2 years of experience
- Capability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proven track record of bringing successful products to market
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with supply chain software and technology is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Passion for learning and sharing knowledge
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
