Wealth Passport Product Manager
Position Description
Responsible for executing the strategy for a specific Domain within Wealth Passport supporting the Family Office business.
Responsible for Product Management Lifecycle activities in partnership with the Associate Product Manager such as defining the target client segment market and evaluating industry trends and uncovering opportunities, perform launches and post launch assessments/ recommendations. Identifies and develops Product Solutions ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Responsible for working with clients and partners on product implementation and maintenance as well as key metrics
1. Coordinates business product development and design efforts with information technology solutions in order to meet client and market needs.
2. Works closely with marketing, sales or product development to understand, define, document and build business requirements in order to implement business product initiatives.
3. Creates detailed business specifications based on business requirements and communicates business specifications to information technology partners.
4. Works with clients and partners on product implementation and maintenance. Analyzes, recommends and implements solutions to product development or information technology problems. Ensures that solutions are efficient, risk reducing, and cost effective that benefit GFO and the client.
5. Leads the Domain Team including all members of the Agile Team supporting the Domain ensuring initiatives are executed from vision to implementation. Ensures project deadlines and schedules are met. Leads cross-functional work teams as necessary.
6. Keeps abreast of new and existing products and services and market trends in order to meet the clients' needs.
7. Works with Client Servicing to support questions, issues or complex initiatives from the clients, operations, etc. that relate to the Wealth Passport Domain
8. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
9. Manage Capital budget and deliverables
10. Track customer satisfaction, evaluate metrics and KPIs, gauge channel performance, conduct post product launch audits
Qualifications
• 4-6+ years related work experience in business or operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Experienced in constructing/overseeing/presenting logical and conclusive presentations.
• Strong understanding of business functions, products and processes in GFO.
• In-depth knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within technology field.
• Good in building key relationships, influencing and negotiating with clients, partners and leaders across multiple disciplines
• Strong leadership and project management skills required
