Product Manager

Roadie a UPS Company is a logistics management and crowdsourced delivery platform. Founded in 2014 Roadie offers businesses fast flexible and asset-light logistics solutions for last-mile delivery. Roadie enables local delivery to more than 95% of U.S. households by providing access to more than 200000 independent drivers nationwide – allowing businesses to offer their customers delivery optionality for almost any industry from airlines to artisans.

Our Product team is hyper-focused on creating products that solve real-world problems in the crowdsourced delivery space. Dedicated to RoadieXD™ Roadie’s brand new cross-dock solution we are looking for a Product Manager who will develop and execute on a product roadmap focused meeting the ever-increasing scalability and performance requirements for RoadieXD™.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Product Lead of the Sender Experience to identify goals direction and execution

• Communicate regularly with internal RoadieXD™ stakeholders (Operations Development Send/Drive/Internal Experience etc) to understand their goals and help them identify root problems

• Scope plan and deliver an actionable product backlog prioritizing stories and ship high-quality features weekly

• Synthesize insights into a strong product direction and immerse yourself within the agile development team to execute your vision

• Lead projects end-to-end as well as partnering cross-functionally to evaluate impact

• Willingness to travel when necessary to visit warehouse operations to gather hands on insights and learnings

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in the product development life cycle

• The ability to work with and navigate ambiguity

• Experience collaborating with development QA and UX teams in an agile environment

• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills using data to drive decision-making

• Thrive in environments where you are balancing different perspectives and competing priorities

• Radical thinking paired with strong execution- can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there
