Job Summary
ClinicalMind is seeking a dynamic product manager who is passionate about building a B2B SaaS business and a solid foundation for growth. This role is both strategic and tactical, as you will be responsible for setting product vision, defining our CMGO product roadmap and ensuring top-notch execution.
You will report to the Vice President, Product and Marketing for the CM Technology business unit. We are a very collaborative company, and in this role, you will work cross-functionally with leaders from Engineering, Client Success, and Marketing teams to understand customer needs and business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Establish product strategy and roadmap and consistently deliver against success metrics
- Lead and influence a cross functional Agile Scrum team to deliver products that meet business needs and generates measurable value to customers
- Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition
- Facilitate ideation, development and delivery for new products and feature enhancements based on measurable business value and data-driven decision making
- Break down and prioritize delivery of products and features by developing and maintaining the product backlog, user stories, and cross-product dependencies
- Synthesize research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback into detailed product requirements, from business problems to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and proactively set expectations of product changes and improvements
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience building/scaling B2B technology products
- Expertise in Biotech/pharma/life science marketing and/or medical communications
- Proven track record of identifying customer and business needs and converting them into application and operational requirements
- Strong user empathy and fluency in user research, UX/UI design, and rapid prototyping
- Comfortable interfacing at all levels and maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders to guide vision and create action from feedback
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, and Behavioral Driven Development
Travel: Minimal travel will be required to: a) customer research b) major medical conferences both in the US and internationally as identified as important by clients or where CM is conducting a supported function/meeting/activity within the designated specialties as well as other medical education conferences and meetings as required; c) to other locales for training or other corporate meetings
