Product Manager

Key Qualifications:

• 4-10+ years of relevant experience that demonstrates Product Management/ leadership capabilities.
• Delivered tangible results in technology environments.
• A fundamental and demonstrable understanding of project management.
• Established and advocated "best practices" and standardized frameworks, tools and operational processes related to technology delivery, collaboration, knowledge management, resource planning, and analytics.
• Worked closely with product and system architects, user experience experts, software development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to drive project planning and execution.
• Consistently demonstrated the ability to bring structure to complex, unstructured environments.
• Collaboratively developed effective problem statements with clients to capture root causes of business opportunities.
• Focused intent to build strong consensus and to partner with stakeholders to find legitimate paths forward.
• Demonstrated strong presentation, facilitation, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• You are available to travel for consulting engagements to all the markets we serve.

• Create product vision and strategy
• Identify and describe how product is realizing business value 
• Manage and prioritize a product backlog and roadmap
• Effectively write user stories
• Explain their product in detail to Devs, but at a high level to Senior Leaders
• Collect user/customer feedback
• Provide regular communications to users/stakeholders
• Understand competitive landscape (for consumer facing products)
• Can works closely with Design on user journey and experience
• Develop Personas
• Experience working on an ecommerce platform and or Point of Sale (POS), with any focus areas in Search, CMS, in consumer UX/ UI, Payment and check out, supply chain, order fulfillment technology, data architecture, and/or data analytics. 
• Experience in managing products/ programs and/ or projects that require: Big Data and/ or Analytics (data capture or reporting).
• An Agile mindset and working knowledge of Agile techniques including Scrum, Kanban, User Story Writing, and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or other cloud infrastructure.

Salaries vary and are dependent on considerations such as: experience and specific skills/certifications. The base plus target bonus salary range for this role is $90,000 to $150,000. Additional compensation beyond this range is available as a result of leadership and business development opportunities. Salary details are discussed openly during the hiring process.
