Salary: $130,000 - 170,000

Location: Remote in the US

Manufactured is a venture backed inventory platform. We are building the first inventory exchange for SMBs creating, making, and selling physical products around the world. We serve customers doing $1M - $100M in annual revenues in Fashion, Accessories, Healthcare, Construction Materials, CPG, Food, Electronics, Home Goods, Industrials, and Commodities. 

With over 800+ vendors across 25 countries (and growing), we make the inventory cycle a breeze by handling everything from vendor discovery and negotiation to shipping, warehouse coordination, quality control, PO advances, through to collections. With over $150 million in volume powered by Manufactured since we launched in 2019, we deliver a compelling inventory partnership for fast growing SMBs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visuals and UI to support new and existing products
• Work with front end developers, back end developers and business teams, developing style guides and improving upon existing UI work
• Understand concepts and process behind the guides, but also know when to break the rules
• Work cross-functionally to execute the unified creative vision and strategy
• Use deep knowledge of systemic design, graphic design, interactivity, layout, typography, color theory, and illustration to create seamless user experience
• Possess a growth mindset, seeking mentorship from others
• Establish the quality bar for your discipline
• Manage your own deadlines and deliverables via Jira - we do not have dedicated project managers
• Drive and implement engineering decisions with a tight cross-functional team
• Collaborative mindset and team spirit, ability to mentor / co-work with fellow developers

Qualifications:

•  5+ years experience
• Strong design background
• Product and Feature Ownership Experience
• Startup Culture / Experience working in small, agile, fast moving teams
• Ability to maintain a strong brand identity inline with that of an established product
• Experience in Figma
• Hands-on experience contributing to a major feature, or product launch through the craft of visual communication design
• Familiarity with React
• Familiarity with HTML5/CSS/JS
