What you’ll be doing

* Work closely with Engineering, Design and other teams to drive the development and delivery of new features and enhancements. Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.

* Conduct user research, market analysis and customer interviews to understand user needs and pain points.

* Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build strong relationships and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

* Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including usage data, customer feedback and financial KPIs. Use insights to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement.

* Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process.

We’ll be excited if you have

* Proven track record of successfully managing SaaS products from concept to launch, demonstrating a strong understanding of the product lifecycle and the ability to navigate complex projects to deliver results.

* Experience working with short video or shoppable video platforms, showcasing proficiency in leveraging visual content to engage audiences and drive user interaction and conversion.

* Familiarity with social media content creation and management, including an understanding of best practices for content strategy, audience engagement and platform-specific features.

* Experience with SaaS PLG (Product-Led Growth) methodologies, demonstrating an understanding of how to leverage product features and user experience to drive organic growth and user adoption.

* Experience in 0-1 product development, including the ability to take new product concepts from ideation to execution, iterate based on user feedback and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions and measure success metrics. 

* Technical background is a plus.

As a hybrid office-centric company, we are looking for candidates in the Bay Area. Candidates outside the location are encouraged to apply though must be willing to relocate.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated pay range for this role is $150,000-$170,000. Other factors that impact compensation include stock options. The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity. Candidates may receive more information from the talent partner.
