Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a Product Manager to join our talented Product Team. The Product Manager role at Fragomen works with business stakeholders to align the overall vision and business needs with any current and anticipated needs of the Product, utilizing knowledge of the industry and market trends.

How you will make a difference as a Product Manager at Fragomen:
  • Act as primary liaison to our business stakeholders, aligning the overall vision and business needs with current and anticipated needs of the Product, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Share business stakeholder expectations with the workstream leads and assigns appropriate workstream user stories in the Product Backlog
  • Manage and prioritizes Product Backlog with clearly defined features and user stories for the sprints based on business expectation
  • Define acceptance criteria and the definition of done for each sprint
  • Build demo decks & collaborate with Technical Leads to provide product demos at the end of each sprint to the Program stakeholders
  • Be accountable for Product Roadmap & Product user journey
  • Partner with EPMO Project Managers to ensure appropriate release details (features and timelines) are rolled into the status reports
  • Partner with Technical Lead to estimate activities / assign story points to improve delivery schedule projections
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and evaluate user requests
  • Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on product solutions as needed


Let's talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Business or related discipline; in place of degree, relevant military or additional work experience considered
  • 3+ years of experience in product management in addition to previous IT industry experience
  • Previous experience with Agile methodologies is a must have qualification
  • Experience in business/system analysis or process advisory/consulting preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile process, SDLC, and iterative development
  • Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and crafting requirements and writing user stories/documentation
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, application of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Proven experience in handling multiple deliverables efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of IT functions, executives, lawyers, managers, staff, and other subject matter experts
  • Business acumen and the ability to understand a more extensive product and company strategy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving deadlines
  • Legal or Immigration industry experience is a plus
  • Experience in cost/benefit and ROI analysis is a plus
  • Tech-savvy skills using software products associated with product management (Jira, Miro)
