Geode is undergoing rapid growth of its technology team and is looking for highly motivated individuals to be a part of our exciting future. We are reengineering and redeveloping our suite of custom in-house software to meet our current and future needs, and to utilize the latest technology to support our growing business for many years to come. As a Product Manager, you will become an essential part of our Technology group and will have the opportunity to learn and participate fully in these efforts. Responsibilities:
- As a Product Manager you’ll ensure a shared understanding of customers, problems, and vision to all stakeholders
- Anticipate client needs and sequence work accordingly
- Structure and conduct all project ceremonies for technology teams
- Develop Product Requirements Documents
- Support team by breaking down requirements, prioritizing backlog and creating user stories
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and translate them to various project management plans
- Track project status, milestones, and deliverables
- Anticipate and remove impediments that would prevent the teams from achieving objectives
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Keep management apprised of project progress

- 3+ years of experience in technology and innovation processes (agile, lean, sprints) and ready to continue evolving those processes with your team and the company
- Understanding of financial services with knowledge of
- Index Portfolio Management
- Trade
- Operations

- Business Development
- Worked in highly multidisciplinary teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, etc.)
- Create product roadmaps based on user needs
- Ability to develop, enforce, and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Experience with Jira and Gitlab
- Attention to detail, and a shrewd sensitivity on where and when to apply it
- A critical thinker, not afraid to ask questions and accept uncertain answers
- Proactive and capable of solving problems independently; collaborative, sharing solutions with those who benefit
- Possess and cultivate a growth mindset, identifying your strengths and weaknesses and setting professional goals accordingly
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with ProductBoard
- Experience with human-centered design and design thinking
- Work directly with end users to understand workflows and issues
