Product Manager
Job Description

As the Digital Product Manager/Producer, you will work exclusively on the development of our Cloud Native UX/UI product offering. You will be a forward thinking, valued partner, to ACI, constantly challenging and educating your fellow employees on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. You will lead all digital production team members while working closely with the Head of Product, ensuring a streamlined process across all stakeholders and departments.
Responsible for managing the development and execution of digital platforms, applications, and tools including budgeting and timelines, vendor selection and management, product specifications, and quality assurance. Focuses on quality without compromising the creative product and support creative ideation, ensure concept feasibility, manage technical development, and oversee the launch of the product. Working in Agile environments with different teams is a must. Clearly communicate and drive the product strategy, direction, and vision; maintain and ensure the product roadmap is in sync with the product line and ACI's overall business strategy.
Preference will be given to candidates in Omaha, NE, Norcross, GA or East Brunswick, NJ. Candidate must live and work in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Elicits and validates stakeholder requirements. Conducts research and data gathering to analyze and determine appropriate solutions for stakeholder's pervasive market problems. Manages entire requirements process to include documentation preparation and presentation.
- Develop, manage, and communicate to design leadership key metrics on the health of research and design operations
- Functions as the primary product and target market subject matter expert
- Responsible for comprehensive definition and cadence of Product Release for a product line to achieve the strategic plan
- Clearly articulates the value proposition and positioning of the product. Provides input to solution/product marketing for the go-to-market plan and supports the launch team.
- Actively manages the product across the entire lifecycle and manages pricing and packaging as a profit and market penetration lever.
- Monitors key performance indicators of the operations to design, deliver, implement, and support the product.
- Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years related experience in an industry related role such as product management, UX/UI design, and product development roles with exposure to marketing
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:
- Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills
- Familiarity with product design and user research tools, methods, and processes
- Ability to collect, manage and communicate with quantitative and qualitative data
- Ability to build and work with frameworks for prioritizing activities and projects
- Resilient and positive attitude, even in challenging circumstances
- Payment Industry experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
- Standard work environment
- Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
- Travel required
