Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager in the Americas to help Hubstaff build and grow our digital SaaS products. This position will report to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with engineers, designers, and the top management team.

The Annual Salary for this role is between $70k and $105k (according to your location and level of experience).

Please do not apply for this role if you are not physically located in the American region. While this is a remote position, we can not consider candidates that are not based in these regions.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Manage our backlog and guide our team of Product Designers to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
• Continuously consume and analyze customer feedback and product metrics to surface both short and long-term opportunities
• Define problems and iteratively design, ship and measure solutions together.
• Manage product releases and rollout while effectively keeping stakeholders up-to-date and in the loop.
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams to shape the product vision and strategy.

Day-to-Day You'll Be:

• Using market research to get ideas for products that customers want.
• Working closely with customers and other teams to review customer feedback and compare with business objectives to help plan our roadmap.
• Defining product marketing communication objectives.
• Comparing our products with our competitors to identify improvement opportunities.
• Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management
• Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience utilizing usability principles and best practices in interaction and visual design.
• Experience managing a backlog and working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in data analysis and using metrics tools (i.g. Baremetrics, GA, Hubspot, Woopra, etc.)
• Basic design skills: brainstorming, workshops, flowcharts, wireframes, etc.

We'd Love You to Have:

• Experience in Product Design.
• Experience working in SaaS products.
• Experience working with Productboard or similar roadmap planning tools.
• Autonomy, strong organization skills, motivation and a solution-oriented attitude.

We get the whole team together on our Annual Retreats to have fun while traveling and getting to know each other! So while 2020 had us virtually meeting because of the pandemic, we met in Portugal (in 2018), Mexico (in 2019), and the Dominican Republic (in 2022).
