Position Description

The Product Manager works with appropriate departmental stakeholders and development team members to manage the complete product lifecycle, from strategic planning through implementation and launch. The right candidate will ensure that assigned projects meet the defined business objectives and are delivered as planned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or relevant experience
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration software systems
• Strong plus: experience in an Agile development environment
• Strong plus: experience with practice management or other healthcare software

Responsibilities

• Maintain product roadmaps by coordinating with management, leadership, and technology teams
• Manage project plans and SDLC to meet product release goals
• Propose new projects and functionality that aligns with product vision and company goals; advocate for high value projects
• Provide internal support for the team's areas of ownership
• Prioritize backlog and customer feature requests
• Work with stakeholders, SMEs and customers to gather business requirements for development projects
• Collaborate proactively with design, product, and development teams
• Create feature tickets, user stories, and well-defined acceptance criteria
• Validate product updates to ensure all requirements are met
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings
• Coordinate feature release communications and technical documentation
• Adaptable to perform other duties as needed
