Do you have experience working with generic solutions for global digital features? Channel Services Digital Delivery team is seeking a Product Manager to drive feature sets for EFX customers and improve user experiences across the entire organization.

What you'll do

• Develop and drive standard processes and procedures for the platform to ensure efficiency, consistency and clarity across the team including reference material or diagrams.
• Identify customer needs and product factory opportunities by analyzing market and industry research, discussing with stakeholders, and reviewing intake mechanisms for internal requests.
• Monitor product adoption and use, and collect customer feedback.
• Work with cross functional teams & stakeholders to ensure we meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Apply a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems, analyzing multiple sources of information.
• Make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact a range of customer, operational, process, or project activities.
• Leverage technical knowledge of products to ensure customer needs are met across the product lifecycle including:
  • Development
  • Delivery channels
  • Customer implementations
  • Customer support
  • Product enhancements

What experience you need

• Minimum of 5 years of product operations and/or product management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in an agile environment with demonstrated success completing multiple cross functional, cross-business, and cross cultural projects with direct or indirect resources in technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of identifying problems, developing plans and implementing sustainable improvement in programs, and effective organizational change management.
• Minimum of one year of experience working on a Java/Microservice product platform.
• Exposure to at least one of the public cloud platforms - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.

What could set you apart

• Experience with tools including Aha!, Jira, or Google Data Studio.
• SAFe POPM certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience communicating with all levels. of an organization across various stakeholder groups internally and externally.
• Experience in a technical sales role or environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and teams without having a formal reporting relationship.
• Attention to detail including precise and effective interpersonal communications, active listening, and proven ability to manage a variety of priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable presenting to an executive audience and commanding large, diverse cross-functional teams in a composed, poised and professional manner.
