Job Description - This position is 100% Remote

We’re looking for a Product Manager who wants to play a key role in building and guiding the next generation of Swish products with an eye towards scaling product development across a growing team. Our goal, as a team, is to create intuitive and powerful cutting-edge applications, and you will be working with a passionate and hard-working team with varying experience levels that fosters a challenging and rewarding environment.

Duties:

• Collaborating with internal teams to understand and anticipate their needs, and translate them into product requirements
• Defining the vision for the team’s product
• Creating and maintaining a product roadmap
• Devising and adapting strategies for executing on necessary goals 
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on evolving requirements
• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development

Requirements:

• 1-3 years product management experience
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodology
• Experience with REST API architecture and services
• Excellent organization skills and an ability to compromise based on evolving timelines, scope and competing priorities
• A demonstrable record of leading projects from definition to launch
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and assess functional requirements
• Ability to make decisions by doing research to understand the impact on users
