Job Description

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our product offerings. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring the delivery of innovative and customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's trajectory over time.
  • Balance short-term and long-term goals while adapting to market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful product launches.
  • Communicate product updates and strategies across the organization.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Use market insights to make informed product decisions and adjustments.
  • Define user personas, user stories, and user journeys to guide product development.
  • Ensure the product provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, on-time releases.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and validate product ideas.
  • Build strong customer relationships and advocate for their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working within a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics tools, and Slack.
  • Proven experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Passion for innovation and a drive to stay current with industry trends.
  • Location Requirement: This position is open to applicants residing in the following states: California, Illinois, Oregon, Colorado, New York, and Texas.
