Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the GTM & LCM processes through content creation, requirement documentation, and marketing materials for new and sustaining products across the various business channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the creation of collateral such as sales playbooks, product guides, marketing requirement documents, FAQs, and tutorials in preparation for ongoing launch activities.
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams (Product, Marketing, Care, Sales, Ops, etc.,) to review, finalize, and maintain documentation for new and sustaining product lines.
  • Assists in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.,) and research to help shape future product marketing strategies.
  • Ensures accuracy of all information and sources to be used in content and marketing materials.
  • Assists in product marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas such as content development and go-to market activities.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • 1+ years required of writing copy specifically for marketing collateral including marketing requirements, web site, collateral review
  • 1 year of copy-editing experience

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or further education or experience in Marketing
  • 3-5 years preferred of content development
  • 3-5 years preferred of writing copy specifically for marketing collateral including marketing requirements, web site, collateral review

Additional Skills and Certifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact easily with all levels of management, cross-functional teams, and clients
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, marketing trends, and user personas
  • Results-driven with exceptional detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Word and email

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $60,888-121,776 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
