Product Manager

Introduction
We are seeking a skilled results-driven Product leader. You will lead a team of Product Managers to grow IBM’s Integration portfolio with differentiated and competitive products. The successful candidate is an inspiring leader effective communicator and creative problem solver.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Managers to successfully achieve business objectives.
• Prioritize develop and execute outcome-based roadmaps business models and go-to-market plans.
• Plan package and launch capabilities into the market to drive towards strategic goals.
• Work directly with customers and business partners to promote product capabilities understand pain points discuss enhancement requests and engage various disciplines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders including Design Development Support Sales Services and Business Partners.
• Conduct market research competitive analysis and customer interviews to inform product strategy

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ years experience in each of the following:

• Product management product development or other customer-facing roles
• Ability to lead teams to achieve business objectives
• Confident and engaging public speaker with the ability to influence others
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience working directly with customers and Sales
• Interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and business focals
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to self-manage prioritize and move forward in the face of ambiguity

• Experience managing a team of direct reports
• Experience with SaaS Application Integration iPaaS B2B Integration APIs AI
