Your contribution will bridge the gap between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers, focusing on enhancing our Email channel, initially within the Contact Centre and eventually across the entire Vonage Engagement platform.

This role is central to our strategy of expanding and refining our CX and customer engagement product suite. Your broader product management skills will enable you to oversee the development and enhancement of features directly impacting customer engagement and satisfaction. Your vision will shape how consumers and brands communicate over Email, making a tangible impact on how businesses communicate with their customers.

What You Will Do

• Execute and contribute to a product strategy for the Email channel across the Vonage Engagement platform, covering Contact Centre, Unified Communications, and Communication APIS.
• Initially, the focus will be on bringing the Email channel to Vonage, with the potential to expand and lead in other product areas as Vonage's needs evolve.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, working closely with development, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to align product strategies to achieve the business's overall goals.
• Act as a product champion in both strategic and operational planning.
• Apply market analysis, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to inform and guide product development decisions.
• Drive feature and capability development within an Agile environment, applying agile principles for optimal outcomes.

What You Will Bring

• At least 3+ years of product management experience, focusing on customer-facing digital products. 
• Experience working with email API technologies is preferable.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee agile product development cycles, preferably in the telecommunications or SaaS industry.
• Technical experience in APIs and SDKs is a positive.
• Experience in the Contact Centre space with a strong understanding of customer engagement tools and technologies is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Effective stakeholder management skills, capable of nurturing positive relationships across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority to drive delivery and launch of new product capabilities across the organization.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency, enabling clear and effective communication in a global business environment.
