Marketplace Monetization is a team dedicated to exploring innovative ways to generate revenue from our Platform. Our mission is to empower our customers by enabling seamless integration with our Text APIs. We have developed the Text.com Marketplace, a platform where customers can purchase applications that extend our core products. Additionally, we are enhancing our API usage for developers and creating products that automate tasks for non-technical users. For more details, check out API Usage and Workflows.

As the Product Manager, you will drive our product strategy and team success. You will collaborate with a skilled and diverse team of two frontend developers, a backend developer, and a test automation engineer.

We value simplicity and getting our hands dirty. We use Jira to track our tasks, Slack to communicate, Confluence for collaboration, and Figma for design before it is handed off to devs. Besides that, we use tools like Miro. We also use our own products on a daily basis to better understand our customers.

What you'll do:

Lead the team with a vision: Set clear business goals and provide support with deep product knowledge;

Innovate Marketplace purchases: Simplify and streamline the Marketplace purchasing process;

Strategize for growth: Plan and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through our API usage;

Adapt and manage: Navigate and manage priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;

Collaborate across teams: Work closely with other leaders to manage resources and pursue common business goals;

Troubleshoot and communicate: Address ongoing issues and maintain open communication with leaders from other product teams.

You may be a good fit for this role if you:

Are an experienced SaaS leader in product development;

Have experience in managing a Marketplace product and have Marketplace expertise - this is a must!;

Can effectively manage a team in an agile, dynamic environment;

Dare to move fast, make bold business decisions, and have the capacity to sustain tight product cycles;

Are willing to experiment and introduce new solutions based on solid business arguments;

Utilize data to track progress and guide decisions;

Understand SEO-related topics; -Have an excellent command of the English language.
