Writer is the leading full stack generative AI company that is revolutionizing the way businesses leverage generative AI. We are seeking a talented and experienced Growth Product Manager to join our team and drive the growth and adoption of our products and services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute growth strategies, optimize user acquisition and retention, and drive revenue growth.

You will report to our Director of Product. 

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities 

• Develop and execute growth strategies by identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, define key metrics, and develop strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth

• Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize features and enhancements that drive user growth and engagement

• Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform product decisions and drive growth initiatives

• Design and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on product features and marketing campaigns to optimize user acquisition and conversion rates

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives, ensure smooth execution, and drive product success

• Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize growth strategies

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation

⭐️ Is this you? 

• 6+ years experience in product management, leading cross-functional product, design, and software engineering teams

• 4+ years experience in growth product management, including for self-service products

• Bonus points if you have 1+ years experience working on AI/ML products

• Prior experience working at fast-paced startups 

• Experience in making hard data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user research and testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics)

• Proven ability to deeply understand analytics and use insights 

• Experience in launching 0 to 1 products

• You know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done
