We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Product Manager supporting Digital Supply Chain Management Team in Ft. Worth, TX, you will be the driving force behind proving the concepts, running MVPs and handing off to deployment of digital products (e.g. decision automation, AI/ML utilization in management of SC) that solve our customer's problems and lead the launch in collaboration with key business stakeholders (e.g., from Supply Chain, Customer Operations and Data Science and Digital Health).

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Roadmap & Backlog Management: Deliver digital products aligned with business needs, translate requirements into customer supply chain solutions, refine backlogs, and facilitate release planning.
• OKR Ownership & Reporting: Own product-specific OKRs, track and report them to the Product Director, and ensure business value is reflected in new developments.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with engineering teams, Global Supply Chain, Data Science, and other business functions to integrate usability studies, customer feedback, and market research into digital products to enhance customer experience with Alcon.
• Feature Prioritization & Optimization: Prioritize features, optimize costs, improve delivery efficiency, and balance business value with technical feasibility.
• Product Launch & Adoption: Lead product launches, drive adoption, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage cross-team dependencies and communication.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Travel Requirements: up to 10% Domestic and International
