Job Description
InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking e-commerce education and technology.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. This team plays a key role in shaping the future of our solutions—leading discovery defining functionality and managing the full lifecycle of new features in alignment with our product strategy and roadmap.
Core Responsibilities:

Deeply analyze and understand stakeholder requirements uncovering both explicit and implicit needs.

Own features end-to-end—from discovery and scoping to launch and iteration.

Create clear and comprehensive functional specifications and other product documentation.

Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design/UX to ensure high-quality timely and cost-effective delivery.

Inspire and empower cross-functional partners to build strong collaboration practices and deliver exceptional products.

Actively contribute to the evolution of the product roadmap bringing insights from customer feedback market analysis and internal stakeholders.

Serve as a product reference across multiple teams—Sales Customer Success Technical Support Marketing and more—facilitating alignment and knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly curious methodical and analytical professional with vast experience in product analysis or product management within a SaaS environment . Someone comfortable acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical audiences and who thrives on understanding complex problems and translating them into clear actionable solutions. Given the nature of our products experience or familiarity with IT operations infrastructure environments service management frameworks or methodologies such as ITIL is highly valued.
Requirements:

Advanced or bilingual level of English with exceptional written communication skills.

Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering QA Design and customer-facing teams.

Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Academic background in engineering computer science or related fields
