Main purpose of the Product Manager role:
The product manager will own the "product" features and functionalities on our digital properties, including web and native apps. This person will work closely with departmental leads, project owners, designers, developers, BI analysts and 3rd party vendors to oversee tasks, features and projects from start to completion. The goal of any product will be to provide our customers with a seamless and elevated user experience, always optimizing for conversion and net revenue.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage existing and new software integrations, vendor relationships and associated feature roadmaps
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives
- Drive new feature launches, improvements and optimizations for product focus areas
- Create, communicate and follow up on action items and key deliverables through completion with urgency
- Prioritize projects with a strong understanding of business goals
- Identify appropriate solutions and track project progress
- Continuously looks for ways to accelerate project completion
- Build and maintain relationships with key personnel internally
Required Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Strong revenue driving instincts
- Always learning and on top of best in class and e-commerce best practice
- Experience working with Jira and other Atlassian tools
- Exceptional written communication skills and experience writing product documentation, including the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and vice versa.
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, as this person would serve as a key point of contact servicing "internal" clients with competing priorities
- Strong multitasking, organizational and file management skills
- Works with urgency and efficiently
- Self-driven, creative problem solver
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years e-commerce experience, preferably in the lifestyle industry
- Experience in software integrations to live experience, and working with designers and developers
- Mac proficient
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience using excel, PowerPoint, project management and google apps
- 2+ year experience working with Jira
- 2+ year project manager/coordinator experience
- Experience with HTML/CSS

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $90,000 - $105,000 per year.
