As the Product Manager for Accounting you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of restaurant management technology. You will be responsible for driving the vision strategy and execution of our accounting product offerings. Collaborating with a diverse team of designers engineers and other stakeholders you’ll craft solutions that make restaurant accounting simpler smarter and more impactful.

How you'll add value:

• Define and Drive the Roadmap: Own the end-to-end accounting product strategy aligning it with customer needs and company goals.

• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Design Engineering and Marketing to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

• Champion the User Experience: Advocate for intuitive user-friendly design by collaborating closely with the Design team.

• Empower Decision-Making: Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize features address technical debt and measure success through KPIs.

• Deliver Innovation: Transform complex accounting challenges into simple scalable solutions that delight our customers.

• Facilitate Communication: Act as the central point of contact for product-related updates and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Accounting Expertise: Strong foundation in accounting principles (CPA or equivalent experience preferred). Knowledge of restaurant accounting is a huge plus.

• SaaS Experience: Proven success in SaaS product management or transferable skills from related roles with 5+ years in fast-paced high-growth environments.

• Strategic Vision: Ability to think big-picture while managing the details. Experience scaling products in growth-phase companies is highly desirable.

• Customer Empathy: A deep understanding of user pain points and a passion for crafting intuitive solutions.

• Design Collaboration: Enthusiasm for partnering with design teams to create user-centric visually compelling products.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs metrics and iterative improvements.

• Agile Enthusiasm: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools to drive efficient product development cycles.

• Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholders through clear and persuasive communication.

• Creative Problem-Solving: A track record of navigating ambiguity with innovative thinking.

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

• This position has a salary range of $99000-$139000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including but not limited to relevant skills/experience time in the role business line and geographic location.
