Product Manager - ADAS Software

We develop and produce all components for ADAS, from sensors over computing platforms to software. Our delivery ranges from single sensors to complete systems, depending on our customer needs.

We are looking for a product manager of perception software in the context of ADAS systems. This software creates a digital environmental model of the scene around the vehicle. It performs the fusion of different sensor inputs (camera, radar, map, lidar ) to generate a road model and localize the host vehicle within the scene. The quality of this perception software directly determines the quality of the complete ADAS system.

Your Role:

• Plan and drive the long term product development of APTIVs ADAS software
• Market trends analysis (customers & competition)
• Structuring the SW product offering for maximum efficiency
• Collaborate with pricing team to generate pricing advisory for SW products
• Define long term product strategy
• Creating SW Product Roadmaps
• Business case generation
• Teaching internal personal on our products

Your background:

• Automotive software background
• Min. of 2 years of product management experience; or in product planning, budget and resources
• Market knowledge on ADAS
• Business intelligence, economic thinking
• Strong customer orientation
• Good presentation skills
• Good communications skills, fluent in English
• Experience in large companies with complex products
