Product Manager - API Platform

We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Figma's developer platform and integration strategy. Figma's developer platform enables 3rd party developers to build applications that extend the functionality of Figma design and FigJam in order to improve user efficiency and customize workflows. Extensions built with Figma's developer platform are critical to the workflows of many Figma's users, especially Figma's largest customers.
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead Figma's Extensibility team, which is responsible for Figma's public APIs, the end-to-end developer experience of those building on Figma's platform, the experience users have managing extensions within their organizations, and key integrations that Figma has built on top of our own platform.
What you'll do at Figma

• Help define and execute on a vision that increases the impact of Figma's developer platform
• Partner with research to regularly understand developers' sentiment towards our platform, and users' sentiment towards using extensions built on our platform
• Partner with design and engineering to define feature functionality and execute against our roadmap
• Partner with technical writers and developer advocates to help shape our developer education and resource strategy
• Partner with business development and partnerships to define our integration strategy
• Partner with other Product Managers to help them make their features extensible via our APIs
• Partner with the Product Manager of Figma's Community to ensure users can easily discover and use extensions built on Figma's developer platform

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience working on APIs, products for developers or app marketplaces
• Are comfortable navigating Figma's developer documentation and building something with our APIs
• Can take rough themes and turn them into a roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance
• Are a great cross-functional collaborator who values and uplifts the voices of others
• Have a consistent history of successfully launching complex products that deliver measurable results for both users and the business
• Are comfortable working on both technical platform features as well as user-facing features
• Have deep empathy for developers building on Figma's platform and the users who use extensions that developers build
