Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing:

• Define and execute the roadmap and strategy of current and future digital products in a business group
• Responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements, work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and support the company's overall digital strategy and goals while staying in continuous communication with customers for market research and feedback
• Manage one or more products by working with VP to develop overall product strategy and administer tactical activities
• Understand market opportunities and competition and specify market requirements for current and future products and deliver requirement documents, concepts and workflow to the development teams
• Closely work with marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions and advertising
• Collaborate with the sales team, prospects and current customers for feedback on current/future products. Provide the sales team with training and technical knowledge to help sell the product
• Works collaboratively between sales, development, operations and marketing
• Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
• Serves as an expert within own discipline
• Serves as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects
• Trains/mentors junior staff if applicable

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience with digital marketplaces a requirement
• Distribution experience a plus
• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years will be considered

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$111,900.00 - $192,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

US-CO-Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building)
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
