Sumo Logic is seeking an experienced product management leader to help define and drive the vision for workflow with the automation service of our award-winning platform that underpins our Log Analytics, Security, and Observability products. You will be working very closely with engineering, portfolio product management teams, sales and marketing to ensure successful delivery and execution in the market.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Defining vision, strategy and roadmap to deliver a workflow experience that is intuitive, shows quick time to value and creates a leadership position for our product portfolio
• Identifying opportunities based on innovations, drive product development with multiple global teams
• Develop detailed product requirements, features, integrations and use cases. Own prioritization, functional requirements
• Working with your peers in product and portfolio management to prioritize features in-line with business objectives
• Working across teams in a global organization and being enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a great collaborator
• Capture market and competitive intelligence to inform the automation service direction

What you bring:

• 2-3 years experience in Product Management and, preferably, exposure to a log analytics, security, observability, or workflow product areas
• Experience working directly with technical engineering teams and in a matrixed Product Management team environment
• An ability to navigate complex decision-making and effectively communicate across teams will be critical to success.
• Demonstrable ability to work effectively with both, technical and business leaders
• Understanding and ability to define technical specifications, write high-level documents, and interpret security and compliance requirements into concrete product requirements
• Excellent communication and proven track record with deep customer engagements, hands-on execution and timely delivery
• BS degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.  An MBA is a plus
