Product Manager Avalon

Job Description

• In conjunction with business leaders and other Product Managers develop and define Sensia's SaaS strategy and business models to maximize growth, returns and market share in its target markets.
• Define and execute the roadmap & strategy for the products in their Portfolio to deliver growth, returns and optimized market position for Sensia in their segment.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to optimise GTM strategy for their segment/regions.
• Technical, pre-sales support and training for Sales team for new technology and existing portfolio
• Identify and prioritise, in conjunction with sales and engineering any certification required to maintain revenue/margin or deliver growth.
• Develop, own and manage segment roadmap/growth plan from creation through to successful product release.
• Proactive lifecycle management of portfolio and the decision maker in reactive lifecycle decisions (i.e., driven by component obsolescence)
• Development of technical/application and market/competitive positioning material to support marketing communications.
• Collaborate with pricing function on segment pricing strategies.
• Ensure alignment on technology roadmaps across all connected products enable a convergent data provision strategy to Sensia customers.
• Ensure business alignment - for IT infrastructure requirements scalability and cost requirements to meet revenue goals.

Required Qualifications/experience:

Demonstrable experience of:-

• Deployment of organization-wide SaaS operations platforms
• SaaS business revenue and licensing models in industrial markets.
• At-scale deployment of SaaS platforms on private and public cloud and on-prem for industrial data gathering and analytics
• SaaS applications with significantly varying data latency and complexity
• Development and continuous delivery of a large-scale SaaS platform and applications in multiple global regions
• Deployment, operationalization and maintenance of a large-scale SaaS platforms, applications and licensing structures
• Micro services based, multi-tenant cloud environments.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment methodologies

• Occasional international travel will be part of this role. It is not expected to be more than 15-30% of the time.
