Position Highlights:
As a critical member to the Product and B2B teams, the B2B Product Manager will be responsible for product planning and execution, including (but not limited to): gathering information to understand customer needs and value drivers, prioritizing customer needs and roles, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, defining product vision, identifying and implementing market-driven enhancements, tracking progress and driving impact.
What your responsibilities will be:
- Support sales team to enable new customer engagements and support existing relationships to create new opportunities and increase product value/stickiness
- Lead internal product trainings
- Follow and analyze market trends to develop new product ideas, messaging, and positioning
- Create and execute comprehensive product plans including business case development, go-to-market strategy, and communications
- Engage with key technology partners and identify/develop strategic partnerships
- Translate customer requirements into marketable products and communicate requirements/specs to internal stakeholders
- Work with development team to align technical solutions with customer opportunities
- Develop product roadmaps for both hardware and software solutions
- Support BSF B2B processes across all product lines and customers
- Work closely with marketing for product and service positioning
- Manage internal training material on B2B
- Knowledge about Hospitality Programming and Video Delivery
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills & Experience)
- Ability to communicate effectively to customer, using the English language, concerning the operation and use of company services/equipment
- Project management experience a plus
- Minimum of 3 years in Product Marketing or Management
- Minimum of 3 years in Commercial CATV/Intertnet/Phone position or related technical experience.
- Prior experience with product marketing preferred
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
- Valid Florida Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
