Product manager – BaaS platform

About the role:

We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience to move our banking platform to the next level by introducing BaaS capabilities and deliver growth and operational metrics. You are going to lead a cross-functional team and to engage other company members to assist you in reaching the goals. You are responsible for product long term vision and evolution and set priorities for the team. 

Responsibilities: 

• To identify stakeholders’ problems and build scalable solutions that bring value.
• To set goals, track metrics and use data as your tool to make the right decision and support your position.
• To develop the roadmap and requirements based on your communication with stakeholders and prioritize accordingly.
• To organize seamless data flow architecture among the platform and our internal tools.
• To evaluate opportunities, bring proposals and support them with data.
• To assess and connect third parties based on current needs.
• To make sure that products meet stakeholders needs.
• To lead the team and deliver according to expectations.
• To make sure the whole company understands what you are working on and why.

Requirements: 

• At least 3+ years in a Product manager / Product owner role in a fintech or bank. 
• Proven track record of building or developing own or implementing a third-party core banking system or BaaS capabilities in a contemporary online bank or a fintech startup.
• Experience with multi-tenant environments.
• Deep understanding of a banking ecosystem and main products.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to get insights from the data and take an action.
• Understanding of market trends and what contemporary digital banking and banking should be.
• Experience working in cross-functional team and using agile methodologies to build products. 
• Leadership skills, ability to lead motivate and coach team members in order to build a high-performing team.
• Excellent stakeholders’ management skills. 
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills. Fluent English.
