The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of key-value databases, market trends, and customer requirements to help shape the product road map for enterprise capabilities and database migration tooling.
  • Interact with customers and partners to understand their key requirements, adoption blockers and help define a product road map.
  • Drive product development collaborating with Engineering, User-Experience Design, Finance, Product operations, Marketing, and Field teams.
  • Drive positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans for our launches.
