Work you will do as an ISOutsource Product Engineer: 

• Adhere to standards and approved solutions introduced by the ISOutsource Engineering Leadership
• Understanding the product domain and business practices.
• Gathering product usage data and requirements, analytics, statistics, and consumer trends.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and management to define the product framework and concepts consistent with company vision.
• Gather detailed requirements in coordination with various stakeholders.
• Competitive and gap analysis and determining improvements to product features.
• Collaborating with the product development team and understanding the development processes.
• Coordinating findings with the product leadership team ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on business goals and prioritization of features.
• Creating business requirements documents and detailed user stories.
• Preparing project status and risk management reports.
• Developing marketing strategies for enhanced product features.
• Drive cross-functional teams to attain desired product adoption.
• Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Daily entry of time for all activities.

• Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
• Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams across time zones.
• Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.
• Competency in training internal departments on new product features.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly sought-after experience and skill includes: 

• Experience in IT managed services domain, MSPs, SOC/NOC is preferred.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree (BA.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or five+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
