Product Manager - Bovine Genomics

The Product Manager for the Bovine Genomics Team will work in a collaborative environment to drive new product development, product maintenance/enhancements and strategic positioning of Neogen's genomic portfolio in both beef and dairy spaces.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Work with the Bovine Brand Manager to create product strategies and lifecycles that increase user adoption
• Conduct product performance analyses to maintain an effective portfolio
• Engage with internal stakeholders to achieve milestones related to product development and innovation
• Understand business priorities and work with internal stakeholders to ensure key tasks involving product maintenance and problem resolution are carried out in alignment with those priorities.
• Record activities related to product development milestones and product maintenance tasks in Neogen's project management platform.
• Schedule and lead meetings necessary to maintain good communication among the Neogen Team
• Conduct product training and develop resources to educate Bovine Genomics sales and customer service teams
• Work with Bovine Brand Manager and marketing teams to develop content to effectively position Neogen's portfolio in the marketplace
