We're looking for a Product Manager to responsibly scale the next-generation of our Business Integrity moderation platform, tools and services. As a member of the Monetization organization you will have a critical role in keeping Snapchat safe for our community in partnership with teams that build new business offerings. You will be at the center of our Business Integrity work; prevention, detection, enforcement, and measurement. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and other product managers across the organization. Your work will result in new machine learning models, robust detection systems, improved processes, and ultimately, a better experience for Snapchatters everywhere. This is an influential and strategic role within the Monetization organization.
What you'll do:
  • Develop goals, strategy and roadmaps for our Business Integrity product area - specifically Ad moderation, Fraud, and new emerging moderation areas.
  • Set metrics that inform the success and impact of Business Integrity & Safety efforts
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Customer Operations, Legal, Engineering, and Data Science.
  • Develop and present go-forward recommendations with key stakeholders
  • Closely monitor and measure results of all features and infrastructure improvements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Ability to deliver exceptional results in an intense but collaborative and kind environment
  • A team player who can collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates
  • Define and analyze success metrics and input metrics for a large organization
  • Expertise in system design, scalable architectures, and machine learning
  • Think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a product development or strategy-oriented field, such as product management, product marketing, product/corporate strategy, or data science/analytics, at a technology company

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ads, Adtech, DSP or Programmatic buying experience
  • Business Integrity or moderation experience
  • Experience building large scale platforms with multiple dependencies
  • Ability to execute against ambiguous objectives and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
  • A passion for Snapchat and creative problem solving!

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : The base salary range for this position is $230,000 - 268,000 annually
  • Zone B : The base salary range for this position is $219,000 - 254,000 annually
  • Zone C : The base salary range for this position is $196,000 - 228,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
